Cherry Wood offers a slightly sweet smoke flavor. Try it with your favorite grilled or smoked foods - especially beef, poultry, pork, fish and more.

Soak wood chips in water for 30 minutes or overnight. Place soaked chips directly on hot coals, in smoker box or wrap in heavy duty foil with holes on top or side. Smoke will vary with heat level.
