Plank Baking & Grilling Directions

1. Submerge plank in liquid for at least 1 hour. Water, juice and wine work well.

2. Pre-heat grill OR oven. (Most ovens 350 degrees) Arrange food on grilling plank.

3. Place plank on grill so that it is not directly over heat source.

4. Close the grill lid for more smoke.

5. When cooking in the oven cookie sheet prevents smoking.

Warning: be prepared for flare ups ... keep water bottle handy!
